a charmed stay
friendly staff rooftop bar central location
the staff were super friendly, always greeting me with a smile. the rooftop bar was dope, it provided fantastic views. i found the location excellent, easy access to many attractions and places i wanted to visit.
The elevators were a bit slow at times. I often waited a few minutes!

the hotel's situation allows easy access to many popular sites, i could quickly walk to several attractions and points of interest. transportation options are plentiful, several bus stops and taxi stands are nearby. the immediate area felt safe, even late at night.

The front desk staff provided warm greetings, they were available to answer questions at all hours. room service was prompt. It always delivered quickly when i ordered something. housekeeping ensured my room was super clean each day, which i appreciated.

My beautiful room included one king bed, it was comfortable. the room had a separate seating area with a sofa. This allowed a relaxation place. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower, it provided a refreshing experience.

decent location though some issues
convenient location walking distance friendly staff slow elevators bogus charges credit card
the location was really convenient! you're close to the subway and within walking distance of theaters and shops. i liked the restaurant, it was very clean and the service was top notch. the decor was very charming, and the staff were friendly.
i waited a long time for the elevators. the elevators were slow, and there were many people using them. i got bogus charges on my credit card because they claimed i was smoking in one of the rooms, but i don't smoke.

mixed feelings about this stay
slow elevators missing microwave
the elevators were a constant source of frustration. there were only three available and restaurant patrons alike. this meant long waits and overcrowded conditions. i also found the lack of a microwave in the room inconvenient given the presence of a refrigerator and coffee maker.

Acceptable Stay, but Elevator Issues
extended wait times elevator access
The staff were helpful and accommodating. The location suited our activities.
Waiting for the elevators proved problematic. There were only four elevators servicing guests and rooftop patrons. This resulted in extended wait times.

margarita glass light show immaculate condition
I enjoyed the light show with the Margarita Glass. It happened every thirty minutes if I remember it right. The hotel was in immaculate condition . Everything looked new and also was in perfect condition.
